The Awakening in the Dream House is not a traditional facility where the “client” is separate from the “staff.” Our intent is to dissolve the illusion of separation that is at the core of the addiction process. We are a “family” committed to providing a fulfilling and comfortable place for people to experience Ibogaine for both emotional and physical detoxification. We offer a safe, clean, and calm setting and will assist in meeting your needs in order for you to follow through with your decision to change. We have respect and understanding of the path you have chosen, and we do our best to support you through the process with empathy. Everyone here has been through this treatment and knows what it’s like to go through this. We feel that it is essential for our treatment providers, care givers and staff to have a deep personal understanding of this therapy from their own experience and healing through their initiation.

At the Dream House, we work to empower people to learn to trust their own intuition, instincts, thoughts and feelings in order to determine their own truths. We do not want to project our personal beliefs, but instead allow this to be a place where you can make clear distinctions without the constant body and mind chatter associated with addiction. Ibogaine is both a physical and mental cleansing and purification process. We help create a space to remove chemicals from your body, as well as break the cycles of dependency from your mind. We have seen that without thoughts of using or the daily routine of active addiction things can change for the better. For many, this is the first time in their entire lives to experience this kind of freedom. We do not impose beliefs around using, nor promote abstinence or non-abstinence. Our aim is awareness and harm reduction. We do our best to provide an opportunity for you to follow through with your decisions from a spacious place, free of psychological and physical craving.

The dose ranges and treatment protocol will be specifically designed to provide you with what you need on a physical and personal level. We will evaluate your conditions, and dosages will be adjusted according to your strength and sensitivity. In many cases, detoxification requires follow-up dosing. We know that the Ibogaine in itself is responsible for a great deal of your healing and detoxification process, and it is sometimes necessary to spread this process out over a period of time to allow your body to regain stability and strength. Ibogaine therapy has similar requirements to minor surgery using an anesthetic. General stress on the body is similar, as are recovery times. This treatment is an addiction interruption; it marks the beginning of living life without harmful dependencies, and the ability to make clear decisions without the influence or presence of chemical substances or medications. 

Ibogaine therapy is not a quick fix. It is a pathway to a deeper sense of self; an opportunity to establish a new way of being. You are essentially being reborn and the more time your new sense of self has to stabilize, the greater the potential for a full, long-lasting recovery. 

Meals are prepared by the individuals on staff. We use simple, nutrient dense, whole foods prepared with love, we source as much local and organic produce as possible. We keep the refrigerator stocked and available with lots of good snacks and balanced meals. We try to have sit-down meals together in the evenings.  We will accommodate any special dietary needs.

WHAT WE TREAT

We offer a holistic approach to Ibogaine treatment for substance dependencies including alcohol, stimulants, and opiates, with Ibogaine having a particular benefit in mitigating opiate withdrawal. Ibogaine also has benefit in addressing Ketamine, Kratom, and some pharmaceutical medication dependencies. Behavioral addictions can be addressed with Ibogaine, such as eating disorders, gambling, sexual compulsions, and technology/screen addictions. Many clients find psychospiritual healing and personal growth, and there is longstanding use of Ibogaine and Iboga for addressing PTSD, trauma, anxiety and depression. Many are finding benefit in treating physiological conditions such as neuropathy, fibromyalgia, brain injuries and degenerative diseases.

PRICING

Treatment sessions are typically 7-14 days, with protocols individualized dependent on recent substance use and detox needs. Cost ranges from $7000- $14,000, with more complex treatments potentially requiring longer stay. The complexity and duration of ibogaine’s activity is such that we are not willing to try to shorten or rush the process.

Our treatment facility is located in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. San Miguel is a safe and popular travel destination, and is a World Heritage UNESCO city. With a rich historic center and lively arts and literature scene, distinctive architecture and natural beauty, the small-town feel is maintained alongside access to top notch medical services and plenty of amenities.
