Hello I’m Jason Karaffa! I’ve been dealing and struggling with severe PTSD, trauma, from years of physical and sexual abuse from both male and female. A brother and sister. I was born three months premature I weighed 2 lbs. 1 oz. cocooned in an incubator for three months. So for the past 35 years. I’ve been self medicating with no positive results! I’ve struggled with drugs and alcohol while sabotaging relationships with friends and family over the years. I willingly have done years of counseling, therapy and adult survivor groups. I am at a point in my life where my ways aren’t working to benefit me or others around me! I am willing to do whatever it takes to break me through the barriers that are holding me back from healing while attaining true happiness for once! Trauma decapitates us from our bodies, Exacerbates our pain feeds our compulsions and addictions our own unhealthy habits and relationships. The knowledge of what Life is and what is needed to be good stewards and thrive has been replaced with ways that are literally making us sick!
