Hi, my name is Ian MacKenna. I’m an integration advisor living near Tucson Arizona. I mostly work with people before and after psychedelic experiences, such as mushrooms, Ayahuasca, LSD, and others.

Preparation for, as well as integration after a profound psychedelic experience is critical both to getting the most holistic benefit from your trip, as well as to mitigate some difficulties that sometimes come up.

It can be helpful to have someone to talk to that is familiar processing nonordinary states in themselves and with others, and that’s what the emerging field of “Psychedelic Integration” is about. I employ the principles of PHRI, the Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration guidelines as defined by MAPS, as well as various grounding modalities such as mindfulness meditation and simple energy work.
