Awake.Net, Inc. (“Awake”) is a Delaware nonprofit corporation in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) status. This website is operated by Awake in furtherance of Awake’s charitable purpose.
Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of Awake. Awake will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of Awake.

You may become a donor (“Donor”) by pledging a donation to Awake using the donation tool on Awake’s website. You acknowledge and agree that you are under no obligation to become a Donor or to pledge a donation and that you will be solely responsible for any decision to become a Donor. You understand that your contribution is being made to Awake and that Awake has exclusive legal control over all donations. In the event that you make a donation pledge, you will be required to provide truthful, accurate, valid, and current credit card or other payment information at the time of the pledge. You agree that all donations are final.
No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, should be made if under any reasonable set of circumstances the gift would jeopardize the Donor’s financial security.
Awake will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.
Awake will accept donations of cash. Gifts of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of the Awake.
Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner, must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special obligations raised or liabilities they may pose for Awake.
Awake will provide acknowledgments to donors meeting tax requirements for property received by the charity as a gift. However, except for gifts of cash and publicly traded securities, no value shall be ascribed to any receipt or other form of substantiation of a gift received by Awake.
Awake will respect the intent of the donor relating to gifts for restricted purposes and those relating to the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous gifts, Awake will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.
Awake will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders’ fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to our cause.
Nothing contained on this website is intended to encourage the use of illegal substances including Ayahuasca, Cannabis, Ibogaine or other psychedelic or psychoactive substances listed in the Schedules of the United States Controlled Substances Act. Manufacturing, distributing, dispensing or possession of Scheduled substances is illegal without the proper license and authorization of from the Drug Enforcement Administration. Individuals are subject to arrest and prosecution based on their involvement with any scheduled substance.
We do not provide psychoactive or controlled substances. We do not provide referrals to “underground” (illegal) psychedelic services. Any information received through our services should be considered for educational purposes and not be misconstrued as medical or legal advice.
