4 Tips To Support Integration
1. Slow down. The nervous system needs space to digest profound experiences rather than rushing back into stimulation, decisions, or over-analysis.
2. Stay connected to the body. Walk, breathe, rest, eat grounding foods, and pay attention to what emotions or truths are asking to be felt rather than bypassed.
3. Reduce the noise. Less social media, less outside advice, less trying to explain the experience — more listening to what is actually unfolding within you.
4. Integration is not about chasing the ceremony high. It is about how you choose to live, relate, speak, and show up once the medicine has worn off.
