INTRODUCTION

I am a medical doctor who has been in practice since 1979 as an ER physician and later in Family Medicine. I supervise and provide ibogaine / 5-MEO in Texas at the Illuminating Co, Rosarita, Mexico and in Seattle, WA under a church, MyndShyft. As of January 2026 my Washington State medical license has been suspended. I hope to regain my license to be able to renew my Colorado state medical license where the state is actively building a pathway for Licensed therapeutic administration under HB26-1325.
