I am a multidisciplinary professional with a background in customer experience, operations, and community engagement, currently expanding my work to include the integration of volunteer service in death care and grief support. I’ve trained with INELDA (International End of Life Doula Association), am a certified dementia practitioner, and currently volunteer with local hospices, a children’s grief nonprofit, and facilitate a monthly Death Cafe.

With a deep and growing interest in the role of sacred plant medicines and expanded states of consciousness in emotional healing and end-of-life support, I’m exploring how these realms intersect with practical, accessible systems of care. My approach blends grounded professionalism with a reverence for transformation, holding space for both the mystical and the messy human parts of this work.

Former professional singer who once navigated the zany world of the music industry, paddleboarder with a good sense of balance and questionable sunscreen habits, amateur photographer, and mom to a teenage boy with a wicked sense of humor.
