IbogaQuest began offering Iboga/Ibogaine therapy in 2009 and have worked with 1,000+ patients to date. Ibogaine is a psychoactive indole alkaloid obtained by extraction from Tabernanthe iboga and other plants to varying degrees. While Iboga containes several alkaloids, one of which is Ibogaine, Ibogaine is the essential extraction that has been proven to contain elements that will mitigate substance withdrawal and promote neuroplasticity. With Ibogaine it becomes possible to apply precise dosing with maximum efficiency. We follow and build upon the work of Howard Lotsof, the prime mover who brought Iboga to the West

Our client base ranges from spiritual enhancement to myriad mood disorders (depression, PTSD, TBI etc.) to substance dependencies.

We are a deliberately small center treating only 6 patients monthly. We are a cooperative as opposed to an enterprise seeking maximum profit. Each patient is given private quarters.Our focus is always on the underlying elements of discontent (unresolved emotional issues).

Our core group consists of 3 psychotherapists, 1 also being an MD, 2 nurses, 2 long time former addicts …. all being psychonauts. Plus a second attending physician and 1 ibogaine experienced paramedic. Together 4 men and 3 women. Our process is tailored to the needs of each individual. In most instances their time here consists of 8 days. In addition we schedule 2 preparatory sessions with one of our psychotherapists as well as continued psychotherapeutic contact for 2 months post visit.
