Inner Realms Center in Vancouver has established itself as a pioneering facility in the use of psychedelic therapies, particularly Ibogaine and 5-MeO-DMT, to treat addiction and PTSD. Garyth Moxey, a Canadian based in Vancouver, is a prominent advocate for entheogen provision and harm reduction. As a certified psychedelic therapist from the Synthesis Institute, he specializes in using Ibogaine for addiction detoxification and offers sessions with 5-MeO-DMT and Psilocybin for psychospiritual exploration. His journey spans decades, evolving from a student of psychedelics to a certified Ibogaine provider trained in Mexico. He further enhanced his skills through programs at the Orenda Institute and Tandava Retreats, focusing on 5-MeO-DMT. Apart from his clinical work, Garyth actively promotes psychedelic education and awareness, contributing to documentaries like “Dosed.” He also advocates for medical cannabis, creating tailored high-grade cannabis oil for clients. Garyth provides holistic healing experiences in Vancouver, including Ibogaine, psilocybin therapy, and 5-MeO-DMT sessions, empowering individuals on their healing journeys.
Blair Bromley is a seasoned practitioner with extensive experience in working with plant medicines for personal healing and self-discovery. For over a decade, Blair has dedicated herself to the study and application of Ibogaine and psychedelics, specifically in the realm of addiction treatment.
Since 2016, Blair has successfully operated her own private addiction practice, providing comprehensive support to individuals seeking recovery through the use of plant medicines. Blair’s expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including applicant assessment, program design, preparation, retreat facilitation, group processing, as well as guidance on nutrition and exercise. Anne Marie Amour s a registered social worker and trauma-informed therapist with 7 years of front line experience in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, Anne-Marie brings a deep understanding of social justice and a dedication to substance use harm reduction to her practice. Assisting the clients of Inner Realm Center process and work through their psychedelic experience.
With specialized training in Psilocybin and MDMA-Assisted Therapy, Focusing-Oriented Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and EMDR, Anne-Marie offers a comprehensive approach to healing. Her expertise and passion for helping others makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Anders Beatty has over 25 years of experience in addiction, having been an “addict” himself. He is now a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and specializes in Pre Ibogaine Recovery Coaching and Counselling. Assisting the clients of Inner Realms Center, he helps them with preparation and post coaching. Anders offers a comprehensive support program to help individuals integrate their experience and treatment into a life-changing event. His services include one-on-one recovery coaching, family coaching, and preparation and integration services before and after treatment. As the founder of Ibogaine Coaching, Anders is highly regarded in the field of ibogaine treatment and is sought after by treatment centers worldwide. Additionally, Anders is a regular speaker and panel member at Psychedelic and Entheogenic conferences and frequently appears on podcasts.
Nurses-Highly skilled medical support with over 50 years experience, many of those years in the psychedelic space. We are lucky to have the support of 2 highly skilled nurses and are assisted with 2 highly skilled ibogaine doctors, one in Canada and one in the US
What clients can expect from us, this is a typical 7 day stay:
Treatment Inclusions:
•Private room with shared bathroom facilities with the other client. Typically only 2 clients at one time
•7-day treatment program with 3 meals a day and access to the kitchen
•Housekeeping services
•Personal cook
•Ibogaine medication and necessary supplements
•5MEO DMT Session-at the discretion of Garyth at the end of treatment
•Airport transfer-from Sechelt airport or ferry terminal to the house
*Bodywork/massage
*7-day green smoothie detox each morning (optional)
*Hot tub/sauna/steam room/pool/gym/cold plunge facilities available
*Exercising activities such as hiking and walks in nature
*Review of test results with our qualified nurse and necessary assistance based on test results
*24 hour flood dose monitored by our in-house nurse and assisted by the rest of the team at Inner Realms Center
PRICING
Inner Realms Center offers different packages depending on the service.
•The psychospiritual treatments start at 5 days and include both ibogaine and 5MEO DMT with costs starting at $4800 US.
•Addiction services are typically 7/10/14/21 days depending on the needs and start at $5000 US.

Individualized Treatment Plans:
We develop personalized treatment plans for each client based on their specific needs and medical history. This ensures that the dosage and administration of Ibogaine are tailored to their individual circumstances, minimizing risks.
24/7 Medical Supervision:
During the treatment process, clients are under continuous supervision. Our team monitors vital signs, such as heart rate and blood pressure to ensure the client’s safety and intervene promptly if any issues arise.
Emergency Preparedness:
Our clinic is equipped with emergency medical equipment, including cardiac defibrillators and oxygen supplies to manage any potential complications. Our medical team is trained in emergency response procedures to handle any unforeseen situations. We are located within. A 10 minute drive of highly equipped hospital.
Post-Treatment Care:
After the Ibogaine treatment, clients are closely monitored during the recovery phase. Post-treatment care can include psychological support and guidance, with the support of our integration therapists.
