Your mind is a powerful thing ; when you fill it with positive thoughts, your life will start to change..

It all begins in the mind.

What kind of thoughts do you think ?

Remember : As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.

..not so will he be.

Or so was he.

No.

So he is.

Which means : you are everything that is good if you entertain good thoughts for the moment you entertain them, – and just the opposite is true when you’re at the other end of the divide, entertaining negative thoughts.

A mind that believes it is impregnable keeps the body alive and healthy for much longer than a mind that is constantly thinking about illness, suffering, stress and despair.

..so let me ask again :
